Designed for all adults and all fitness levels, these classes focus on improving cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and endurance through engaging, accessible workouts. Whether you’re looking to increase energy, build strength, or simply enjoy moving your body, our adult fitness offerings provide the tools to feel your best—both inside and outside the studio.

Adult Dance Fitness

LaBlast Dance Fitness is a high-energy, partner-free dance workout inspired by the moves seen on Dancing with the Stars and created by DWTS pro Louis Van Amstel. This fun, non-intimidating class blends the joy of dance with effective cardio fitness. Each class features easy-to-follow dance styles for all fitness levels. No dance experience is required — just bring your energy and a willingness to move. LaBlast improves cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and confidence while delivering a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.

IVANA CAPELJ
Ivana’s dance journey began in 1984 with ballet, jazz, and ballroom. She has performed, competed, and taught internationally, sharing her love of movement with students of all ages. After completing her ballroom exams and moving to the U.S., she discovered LaBlast — fitness that feels like joy.
