We are thrilled to celebrate our 50th Anniversary Recital, A Legacy of Dance: Celebrating 50 Years of APSD, on June 13, 2026, at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts, with performances at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This extraordinary milestone event honors five decades of excellence in dance education, artistic growth, and a deep-rooted commitment to our community.
From our earliest dancers to the students who grace the stage today, this celebration reflects the passion, dedication, and heart that have defined Ann Parsley School of Dance for 50 years. We look forward to sharing this unforgettable day with our dancers, families, alumni, and all who have been part of our legacy.
Following the recital performances, guests are invited to continue the celebration at the Curtain Call Afterglow, a special post-recital gala honoring our history, our people, and the future of APSD.

50th Anniversary Celebration
Join us after the recital for an unforgettable evening of music, memories, and celebration as we honor 50 inspiring years of Ann Parsley School of Dance.
The Curtain Call Afterglow is our heartfelt thank-you to the generations of dancers, families, and educators who have filled our studios with artistry, laughter, and love for five decades.
Guests will enjoy:

• Debut of our Legacy Awards, honoring individuals who have made a lasting impact on APSD’s journey
Open to families (children ages 10 & up), alumni, faculty, and friends, this special evening is a time to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the spirit that has made APSD a home for dancers for 50 years.
Come share memories, honor our past, and dance into our future as we celebrate five decades of passion, dedication, and community — together.
CURTAIN CALL: 50TH ANNIVERSARY AFTERGLOW
At Ann Parsley School of Dance, great care is taken in selecting age-appropriate, high-quality costumes for each class. Our goal is to ensure dancers feel confident, comfortable, and stage-ready.
Each student will need one costume per dance subject they are enrolled in.
Tights and shoes are not included in the costume price and must be purchased separately.
Costume order forms and payments are due in November to ensure timely delivery for studio photos and organized distribution.
Costumes cannot be ordered unless the full deposit has been paid.
Please note: Costume manufacturers do not accept cancellations or offer refunds, so APSD is unable to provide costume fee refunds under any circumstance.
